The Christmas Karaoke Challenge
The students did a fantastic job on their Karaoke songs. Some performed today for the primary students. Congratulations to the winners.

The Liturgy was a success
The grade 5's led the school in a third week Advent liturgy yesterday. The feedback was very positive. Please ask your children to tell you about it. I am so proud of them.

Homework Christmas Challenge - the grade 5's have created a Christmas Challenge- don't forget to take on one or more over the ideas at Christmas
Advent Conspiracy Goals- remember to continue to do this until the last day of Christmas on January 5

Reading reminder
Don't forget to encourage your child to read for 20 minutes every night. A few reading suggestions:
Sunday - Child reads silently
Monday - Parent reads out loud to child
Tues - Child reads out loud to parent
Wed - Child listens to audio book (available at the Public Library and on iTunes) and follows along in a paper copy of the book
Thurs - Child reads to sibling
