Hi everyone, I have asked students to bring a copy of a photo of a family member who was involved in a war.  This could be or soldier, nurse, or anyone else involved in a war effort. If you do not have any ancestors that you know of you could use a friend or find a photo online of a soldier from your cultural background.  Please scan the photo, print it off, and send it to school.  If you do not have access to a scanner or printer please send the photo to school and I can scan it here.  Students will also need to bring some background information recorded about their chosen person.  Full name, relationship to student, position they served, and maybe an interesting fact about them.  Please have everything here by Monday so we can begin our project.
